SENDING PACKAGE WITH ACE - You can bring your pre-packaged item to our location, and we can provide you with a waybill as well as walk you through how to fill it out! Once that is complete, you can phone ACE in Castlegar to arrange a pick-up at our location. For payment on shipped items, we are able to accept cash payments for ACE, but otherwise, when you are arranging your pick up with them, you can provide them with a credit card payment over the phone or use an account if you have one with them.

RECEIVING PACKAGE WITH ACE - If you are receiving something through ACE and they have contacted you saying you have a package ready for pick-up with them at our location, you just need to come down and confirm a few details and receive your item.
